Location:This role is fully onsite in Oakland, CA

Duration:6-month contract to hire

Pay rate: $30 - $36/hr W2

Hours:Tues -Thurs (8am - 5pm) (27hrs/wk)

As a Service Technicianyou will get to:

  • Provide first-class technical support and leadership support. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems.
  • Maintain and protect assets and property. This includes spare parts, loaners, tools and test equipment, as well as equipment that may be provided by Insight's customers.
  • Escalate service problems and issues to the service manager appropriate.
  • Solve technical problems onsite and remotely, performing PC break/fix tasks, and executing end-user projects with precision and efficiency.

We are looking for a Service Technicianwith:

  • 5+ years of experience providing IT White Glove customer service
  • Experienced with using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Cisco confrence room setup (preffered)
  • Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, Mac/Apple device support, and Intune
  • Ideal candidate must be able to develop relationships with all levels of customers within the business (individual contributor to c-suite)
