We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer to join our Facilities Division team. In this role, you will provide high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation of campus building envelopes, including all roofs and above/below grade waterproofing. As a crew leader, you will oversee a team of 2-5 employees, including trades workers, maintenance mechanics, and helpers. You will maintain a safe and organized work environment, communicate effectively with your team, and ensure projects meet the university's quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

We encourage candidates with strong roofing experience who enjoy leading a team, working collaboratively, and maintaining campus infrastructure to apply!

High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Optional Guidelines: Experience in the Trade(s) areas related to the area of assignment may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
