Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) The Steam Technical Services Lead (TSL) will directly support the Steam Turbine Outage Operations Director (OOD) in managing construction and maintenance efforts across Calpine's steam turbine fleet, including but not limited to GE D11s, GE A10s, Siemens KN, SW BB35/65. This supporting role includes all aspects of the responsibilities associated with back-office outage management, plus occasional dispatching to site to fulfill a Turbine Engineer (TE) role for outage execution in times of peak resource demands. The TSL will hold safety at the forefront, while balancing quality workmanship, outage planning, repair necessities, and risks against the constraints of time, budget, and market requirements to develop and help fulfill efficient and prudent generator maintenance scopes.
