The Global Corporate Functions Employee Success team at Salesforce is looking for an accomplished Employee Success Program Manager with hands-on experience developing, implementing and managing complex programs and initiatives. This position is perfect for the results-oriented professional who is passionate about creating and developing efficiency across teams, who has the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, collaborate across teams and levels, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments. This individual will partner with the internal GCF team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to manage complex initiatives through to successful completion. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
