Jumpstart your career with FNB's 12-month Risk Development Program! As a Risk Development Associate, you'll dive into the exciting world of risk management, where each day brings new learning and challenges.

As a participant, the program provides you with a combination of hands-on experience with targeted training and structured rotations, giving you an inside look at how FNB identifies, assesses, and manages risks to keep our organization secure and thriving. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in financial risk management, all while contributing to a team that is invested in your professional development and success. Over the course of this year, you'll build a strong foundation in risk management principles and practices that will prepare you for a vital role within our organization.

FNB's Development Programs aim to equip Associates with the skills and experience necessary for a successful transition into integral positions within one of our teams.

Your Role:

Risk Identification and Analysis

You will play a key role in identifying and assessing potential risks that could impact the financial stability of the organization. You'll develop expertise to help guide others in understanding the bigger picture and mitigating any obstacles that might come our way. You will also conduct a mix of qualitative and quantitative analyses, using powerful statistical tools to support smart, data-driven decision-making that shapes our strategies for success.

Monitoring and Reporting

You will aggregate and monitor key risk metrics to identify trends and detect emerging issues, ensuring we stay ahead of potential challenges. Additionally, you will prepare clear and comprehensive reports on risk assessments and findings, providing senior management with the insights needed to make informed decisions.

Collaboration and Compliance

You will collaborate closely with business lines, audit, and enterprise risk teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, helping maintain the organization's integrity and smooth operation. Additionally, you will support initiatives across departments, aligning risk management efforts with our broader organizational goals to drive success and sustainability.

Drive Business Growth Through Sales, Service and Strategy

You'll support sales and service teams across our Advisory Businesses by developing presentations, attending client meetings, and helping onboard new clients. You'll play a key role in creating a unique and valuable client experience. Additionally, you'll be involved in shaping our digital engagement strategy and participating in formal webinars and client-facing events.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation

You'll stay on top of the latest regulatory updates and industry best practices, jumping into action to help implement any changes that keep us ahead of the game. Plus, you'll dive into exciting rotations and training sessions, designed to expand your expertise and give you a deeper understanding of risk management in the fast-paced world of financial services.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
