Opening: Part-time Part-Time Shift: 3rd Shift (Midnight - 8 AM, Sunday and Monday) Location: Greater Lowell Organization: Community Teamwork Compensation: Starting at $20.59 per hour + $3.00 Shift Differential for 3rd shift Work Schedule: 16 hours per week Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Join Community Teamwork as a Residential Counselor and help us end homelessness in the Greater Lowell and Merrimack Valley Region. Residential Counselors are responsible for the day-to-day interactions with participants at the shelter site, ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility during assigned shifts, maintaining the safety and security of the building, and conducting intakes of participants per program policy. The Residential Counselor position is an excellent opportunity to enter the human service field and receive comprehensive training and professional development.
