Finance Business Partner

The FBP will be working in close collaboration with the Senior Finance Business Partner, drive financial performance to site operations with guidance and support on financial metrics and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create annual budgets for both operating and capital expenses across multiple sites
  • Complete regular weekly/monthly forecasts
  • Perform monthly financial close activities which includes summary of actual results and variances to budget and forecast
  • Make recommendations to management regarding cost savings or profit generating opportunities
  • Partner with the Pricing team to ensure accurate financial data and analysis is used in customer proposals
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership
  • Support billing and invoicing to customers
  • Track customer contracts and ensure rate adjustments are completed as necessary
  • Oversee inputs and payouts of bonus plans
  • Audit monthly accounting activities and entries
  • Coordinate across multiple organizations to gather data inputs and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Provide continual improvement to current processes and procedures

Required qualification, experience & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with all levels of the organization including executive leadership
  • Effectively partner with other organizations
  • Manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and controls
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, Anaplan, etc.
  • Scope and manage projects that drive improvements and savings
  • Travel is expected for 10% of time

Salary:

$75,000 - $100,000
