The Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy and Technology (CMIST) is the university's home for the teaching of Political Science and International Relations. CMIST focuses on interdisciplinary research and education at the intersection of business strategy and technological innovation, aiming to address complex global challenges and drive strategic advancements in technology-driven industries. CMIST is seeking a Project Administrator to join the team to drive the success of moderately complex projects by leading Project Management activities. This includes managing Project Work Statements, Work Plans, and other essential customer contract documents. You'll prepare insightful reports, drawing from diverse internal and external sources, and identify any variances. In addition, you'll collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and coordinated effort. This is a fixed-term position with a duration of approximately 5 months. Core Responsibilities:
