Xavier Ochsner College of Medicine (XOCOM) is accepting applications for the position of Organizational Change Manager. This job leads strategic program efforts for the organization by effectively managing a set of strategic initiatives, leveraging project management, quality improvement, design/systems thinking, operational excellence, business process reengineering, change management, and process improvement core capabilities. Interfaces directly with executive team to drive program strategy and to efficiently achieve project objectives. Leads multidisciplinary teams to meet or exceed targeted goals through expert level program management. Work Experience Required - 7 years' Project Management related experience Certifications Required - None Preferred - Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Change Agent, AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
