Description
As Medica's Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, supporting the acquisition of top talent across a wide range of departments. This is a high-visibility role that will work with our recruitment team as well as with our hiring leaders and candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and increasing efficiency. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for both operational excellence and connecting with people. As part of our talent acquisition team, you will be an ambassador for our mission and purpose and contribute to a team where your expertise will directly contribute to aligning talent to support our business. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from our Minnetonka office on average, 1-2 times per week. The full salary range for this position is $43,800 - $75,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
