Are you someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys leveraging your technical skills to do so? WellSky is seeking an energetic and personableSupport Analystto provide application support to our clients. As a Support Analyst, you will be playing an integral role on our team by providing both procedural and technical support related to the clinical, billing, and training aspects of our software application. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and can focus on providing care for the populations they serve.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide superior client service and ensuring outstanding quality
  • Troubleshoot and document software operations
  • Complete thorough documentation of issues
  • Ensure the required response and resolution times are met
  • Collaborate with and support other team members

Do you have what it takes?

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant exposure in customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Windows OS
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • A strong desire for learning and professional growth
  • Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year(s) of technical support
  • 1+ year(s) of customer service
  • Previous experience with Salesforce

Additional job expectations applicable to this position include:

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned
