"I can succeed as a NA HR Operations Manager at Capital Group." As a Manager within our NA HR Operations team, you'll drive innovation at scale by leading a team that manages centralized processing, administering HR programs, and/or inquiries. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities to expand Global Shared Services' offerings,preparing your team, HR, and CG for change, and implementing centralized solutions. You will participate in and/or lead projects aimed at expanding centralization, leverage technology to improve the associate experience, and discover actionable insights and recommend solutions based on inquiry data. To thrive in this role, you are comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in implementing creative solutions when you see areas of opportunity. You leverage data to drive insights and recommendations that improve user experience and scale. You can continuously re-balance multiple priorities and deliver with accountability. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
