We are currently seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our US-based Strategic Growth team.

As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you'll play an integral role working across disciplines to ensure that the best of our thinking and solutions are put in front of our clients. You'll support our Strategic Growth team in the pursuit of new business opportunities and collaborate with our practice areas to develop, systematize, and market innovative solutions to meet client needs.

  • You're skilled at creating and directing creation of a variety of client-facing storytelling and deliverables (both content and visuals /layout) and can guide teammates through your vision.
  • You enjoy a challenge and are looking to grow with your team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting up and operationalizing a digital knowledge-base for our Sales and Strategic Growth teams.
  • Researching market and industry trends / data to create compelling POVs for client proposals and briefs for external marketing campaigns
  • Creating marketing briefs that drive compelling customer and prospect communication
  • Conducting desk research and providing inputs into proposals developed by the Strategic Growth team.
  • Supporting the creation, refinement, and management of client proposals, project briefs, and other public-facing documents.
  • Coordinating cross-functional activities in support of sales and overall business development, including internal and external events
  • Educating, guiding, and convincing internal and external stakeholders through compelling storytelling rooted in analytical thinking.
  • Constantly searching and learning to stay one step ahead competitors and anticipate our clients' needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience with marketing, sales, brand and / or product strategy as part of multi-disciplinary teams
  • 2 years of experience demonstrating theability to contribute to a cross-functional team working in a consultative, client service setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and build trust with colleagues and empower decision-makers and gain alignment across internal and external organizations.
  • Experience conducting and reacting to user and market research.
  • Proven track record of successfully working with deadlines and ambiguity, as well as sharing in-progress work at all levels of fidelity.
  • Ability to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industries.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Figma experience is a plus.
  • A talent for building consensus among (sometimes opinionated) teammates within and across a large and complex organization.
  • Strong opinions, weakly held
