All about this role:

The D2C team is experiencing rapid growth! This role is focusing on establishing new processes or improving existing standards that will allow for continuous growth. The role will require both big-picture thinking and detail-oriented analysis. Your work will require frequent collaboration with other functional areas such as the Customer Engagement team, the Final Mile team, the Digital Marketing team, and IT. Key competencies including managing competing priorities, drive for results, decision making and customer focus.

What you'll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations requirements for orders from D2C branded sites, including monitoring daily reports and performing order management tasks. You will identify gaps in the current process and implement both short-term and long-term corrective actions to allow for future growth. You will work closely with customer-facing groups to understand the gaps in customer expectations or satisfaction with the order and delivery process, then drive corrective action to completion through collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and IT. You will also support longer term projects to build operational capabilities as directed by the D2C Operations Manager.

Additional Responsibilities include:
  • Perform any order management activities on D2C orders from the time they are placed on the website to the point that they are executable by the Final Mile team
  • Perform analysis to identify trends in un-executable orders and implement corrective actions to eliminate order management tasks
  • Perform analysis on new offerings or website enhancements and quantify their impact on customer satisfaction
  • Support operational initiatives in cross-collaborative teams

Who you are:

You are a deliverable driven Operations Analyst who is comfortable with solving problems on the fly and developing processes to support new business initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years related work experience
  • Detail-oriented with a customer focus
  • Can balance several competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand-on experience using ERP systems such as SAP
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable to work in a team/office/virtual environment as well as work autonomously.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
