Responsibilities
This position has dual responsibility of providing leadership at the site and direct supervision of program counselors while also providing direct services to patients. As a working supervisor, this role is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the program to ensure coordination of staff and clinical services for continuity of patient care. iIn addition to providing direct clinical services, this role is responsible for also providing clinical supervision to counselors, students, and clinical interns to facilitate development of clinical competency and ethical practice.
