The Customer Service Field Professional has shared responsibility with the National Account Director for the overall growth, customer satisfaction and management of a specific customer brand. Builds and develops relationships with colleagues at McLane, Assigned customer, suppliers, and within the vendor communities. You will play an essential role in assessing client needs (critical problem solving), identify and solve problems (conflict resolution) and the sharing of best practices (influencing).
