to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Brands Account Director, the
Account Executive, Enterprise Brands - Commerce Platform
will play a key role in hunting new business, managing a book of business and finding new opportunities within your current accounts for 1WorldSync.
As an
Account Executive, Enterprise Brands - Commerce Platform
at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

Negotiate and close new contracts, ensuring the company's goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved -
Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are appropriated logged in company CRM -
Meet All Team Activity Requirements which are 25 Calls a week, 10 Demos a Week, and the required percentage of pipeline created each month. -
Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs. -
Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts -
Consult, build, and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers -
Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with your entire customer base -
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling -
Provide excellent customer service and support -
Identify and address customer concerns and issues -
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction -
Complete renewals while minimizing churn and maximizing price increases -
Attain Purchase Order (if needed) in order for the deal to officially be booked -
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas -
Maintain a pipeline of of opportunities 3X monthly quota -

Retail/ CPG/Food Service experience -
Proven skills in a consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business -
Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus -

The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment -

This position requires up to 30% travel. Travel may be required to potential new customer sites for diagnosis, design, and delivery workshops, planning, and execution of Statement of Work. -
Our corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, but this role can be remote in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI.
