Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit
In the Bryan School of Business & Economics, we create and disseminate knowledge about the theory and practice of business. In addition to our courses and research, we accomplish this through hands-on projects, global experiences, and outreach to the community. Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Undergraduate Professional Development Program Manager is to administer Bryan Blueprint, an undergraduate professional development program for all Bryan School students. This will entail organizing and managing for-credit curricular offerings and professional development activities for students throughout their undergraduate studies within the Bryan School. This also includes overseeing the creation, logistics, and assessment of activities, as well as creating additional programs as deemed necessary to support student professional development and online engagement.

This role is also responsible for organizing, managing, and teaching professional development programs each semester, while overseeing the use of the "Suitable" system to track student professional development activities. The position requires supervision of subordinate(s) in the administration of the program.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree with three to five years of related experience.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred graduate degree in business or a closely related field.
  • Experience in student services, student professional development, career development, or instruction.
  • Experience working in a business school or higher education.
  • Experience with student data management systems.
  • Experience using data to make informed decisions and use a variety of assessment methods to evaluate programs and student progress.
