THE JOB:

As a Hair Stylist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 40% plus additional service charges. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: 40% Commission +service charges (earnings up to $65 per hour)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations.

• Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation.

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Warm and engaging personality, who loves to interact with guests, actively listen to their stories, and make them feel welcome and comfortable.

• Skilled in various hair services haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions, and chemical treatments.

• Confident in promoting additional services and products in a helpful way.

• Professional, positive, and passionate about their work, with a desire to keep learning.
