As a Plant Services Analyst at DEPCOM Power Inc., you will play a crucial role by ensuring the effective business administration of the operation and maintenance of our solar and battery storage power plants. You will be responsible for Plant Services contract execution and administration, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability of the business, and partnering to improve Plant Services knowledge systems. Your communication, collaboration, analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing a quality service to our customers and helping DEPCOM Services maximize value. Our Team You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to maximizing the performance of DEPCOM Power's solar and battery storage power plants and providing excellent customer service. The team consists of experienced professionals in plant operations, maintenance, performance engineering, and data analysis. Together, you will work towards achieving the highest standards of operational excellence and sustainability in the renewable energy sector. What You Will Do * Leverage strong collaboration and communication to develop durable processes that serve Plant Services needs with appropriate urgency and in partnership with business capabilities such as supply chain, accounting & finance, HSSE, etc. * Support commercial contracting activities which include contract and exhibit negotiations, execution, maintaining contract databases, and partnering with Plant Services leadership to administer and ensure contract compliance and awareness. * Identify and follow through on opportunities to develop, improve, and/or automate knowledge systems with efficiency, such as plant performance or financial dashboards, reporting, databases, etc. * Serve as the primary liaison between field and corporate resources, including support with client communications and relations, and employee appreciation. * Manage portfolio level contracts, licenses, and vendor relationships such as aerial thermography, oil sampling, forecasting, calibrations, etc. * Coordinate and support compliance program manager and activities as needed. * Serve as DEPCOM owned projects' asset manager and primary liaison between Plant Services and business capabilities such as supply chain, accounting & finance, HSSE, etc. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in the renewable energy sector. * Familiarity with performance and financial metrics used in the renewable energy sector. * Ability to interpret and understand contractual language and commercial obligations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in solar and battery storage power plant operations and maintenance business administration. * Familiarity with commercial contract negotiations and implementation in the renewable energy sector. * Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for solar and battery storage power plants. * Experience with PowerBI dashboard development and/or maintenance. * Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. * Certification in relevant areas such as Six Sigma or Project Management. For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $85,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
