Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit |
In support of the mission of
UNC Greensboro, the University Registrar's Office (
URO) fosters student success and cultivates exemplary student experiences for all University constituents related to academic records, policies, and regulations. |
Position Summary |
The Systems & Reporting Support Specialist is member of the Registrar's Systems & Reporting team and serves the
URO as associate webmaster, report support, data specialist, and systems & hardware technician. The positions are primarily responsible for technological, systems, and reporting-running functions within the
URO. Additionally, the
URO Support Specialists will develop a solid understanding of how to leverage reporting and data analysis to support student needs and the institution's strategic goals. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Graduation from high school and one year in the field of technology related to the positions' role. Computer coursework may be substituted year for year for the required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Journey level requires an additional six (6) months experience
- Advanced level requires an additional one (1) year of experience

Preferred Qualifications |
- Bachelor's Degree with some computer related coursework; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree must be from an appropriately accredited institution.
