We are seeking a dynamic IT Strategy Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic objectives through technology and process transformation.

As the IT Strategy Lead, you will provide strategic support by aligning IT services with business goals, driving innovation, improving quality of service delivery, and ensuring technology reliability within manufacturing. You will develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency that support our business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of IT/OT technologies within a manufacturing environment and the ability to apply this knowledge in strategic planning and decision-making.

What You Will Do
* Work with IT & Ops leadership to understand and translate the company's strategic goals into actionable IT support services & initiatives. Ensure that IT support functions are aligned and contribute to overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with manufacturing leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize support initiatives. Foster strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Enable and coordinate the delivery of strategic initiatives and processes that will achieve aligned outcomes.
* Analyze existing IT processes and identify areas for improvement. Support and help lead a disciplined operations approach with support teams. Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide thought leadership and help advance strategic initiatives for the infrastructure site services team that will optimize our support capability and align to current business drivers (i.e. - disciplined operations, demand management, talent management, training and development, metrics that measure effectiveness of services).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Progressive career experience in IT, analysis, strategic planning, transformation, decision support, or related role(s).
* Broad knowledge of IT/OT technologies and requirements in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in strategy development (i.e., developing the capabilities of a team, leading transformation, being a driver of company initiatives, project leadership, or similar).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present solutions and strategies to key stakeholders and leadership.
