The Digital Analytics Manager is central Saint Gobain North America's strategy in developing advanced analytics frameworks that enable data-informed decision-making, enhance digital performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in analytics and visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hotjar and Tableau, as well as attribution modeling, A/B testing, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to optimize metrics and uncover growth opportunities.

This leader brings a visionary approach to analytics, blending technical mastery with strategic insight to elevate the organization's digital maturity. With a robust understanding of attribution modeling and experimental methodologies, they transform complex data into actionable intelligence, influencing high-impact decisions across the digital ecosystem. Their problem-solving acumen and attention to detail are complemented by a commitment to innovation, ensuring solutions are not only effective but transformative.

A core responsibility of this role involves defining and executing advanced reporting strategies, including the design and configuration of dashboards, data pipelines, and visualization tools. By creating scalable, user-centric analytics frameworks, the Digital Analytics Manager empowers stakeholders with actionable insights to drive growth, optimize customer engagement, and strengthen Saint-Gobain's position as a leader in the digital space. This role requires not just technical expertise but also thought leadership to align analytics initiatives with the broader strategic vision of the organization.

Data Analysis and Insights:



  • Analyze and interpret website and digital interaction data to deliver actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and detailed reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
  • Define and utilize attribution models to understand and optimize the effectiveness of digital channels and campaigns.
  • Develop a prioritized backlog of data and analytics projects, maintaining communication and progress with a varied group of stakeholders.
  • Work closely with digital product, marketing, UX, and IT teams to provide analytics support for ongoing projects and new initiatives.


Reporting and Visualization:



  • Defining use cases that align with business goals and translating them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Build and manage interactive dashboards, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Develop and automate reporting solutions to monitor performance metrics across Saint-Gobain's digital properties.


A/B Testing:



  • Use data analysis to develop hypotheses, folding in business cases that tie to performance improvements and return on investment.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using industry-leading A/B testing tool, VWO.
  • Analyze test results to provide clear insights, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the digital experience.
  • Collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of testing and analytics frameworks.


Tag Management:



  • Manage and configure tags via Google Tag Manager to track user interactions and enhance data collection across digital assets.
  • Conduct audits and implement quality checks to ensure data integrity across all analytics implementations.


Strategy Development:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs, establish tracking frameworks, and ensure seamless data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with UX design and research team to drive a holistic approach to understanding customer behavior in the digital space, enabling personalized, data-driven decision-making that enhances customer experiences and strengthens business outcomes.
  • Play a key role in shaping the vision for the Customer 360 data strategy by integrating insights across digital touchpoints to create a unified view of the customer.


Continuous Improvement:



  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital analytics.
  • Propose innovative methods to enhance data collection, attribution models, and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Experience, UX and Analytics teams to drive insights into action on digital platforms, and measure and optimize outcomes. Leverage data and insights to prioritize work and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all digital programs have clearly defined objectives, KPIs, and metrics to evaluate success and continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns. Educate and inspire internal CertainTeed constituencies on digital opportunities and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, within the Corporate Marketing team and across the CertainTeed and Saint-Gobain businesses.

To make sure nothing is forgotten

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a relevant experience in required field.
  • 7+ years of progressive digital analytics strategy and/or equivalent experience.
  • Strategic mindset and strong results orientation.
  • Proven ability to support internal teams with a broad set of needs.
  • Detailed knowledge of digital analytic platforms and research tools to drive decision making
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimental design methodology, ROI modeling, and calculating uplift across test experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in working successfully in large, complex, aggressive organizations, balancing multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Multi-channel digital strategy with knowledge of current and emerging digital platforms (mobile, tablet, connected CE devices, marketing automation).
  • Strong written and verbal communication capability; communication and presentation skills.
  • GA4 Certification or equivalent platform certification.
  • A background in R or Python is a plus.
