Nutrition Specialist

Epic
United States, Wisconsin, Madison
Jul 15, 2025
Nutrition Specialist

Position Summary
Our culinary team works to help everyone dining at Epic feel informed about their meal choices. As a Nutrition Specialist, you'll use the latest in culinary technology to match our creative menu with accurate nutrition and allergen information. From daily lunch service (our menus change daily!) to large conference events, you'll serve as a resource to employees and guests, fueling the future of healthcare.
Strong communication skills will help you collaborate closely with your culinary team members from the time a recipe is written by our chefs until a dish is plated. Details also matter in this position - you will calculate nutritional values and scale ingredients accurately, swiftly update last-minute recipe changes, and advise others on the team to ensure our offerings are well rounded.
You don't need a degree in dietetics or nutrition to excel in this role. We'll equip you with the knowledge and tools to translate your passion for food and computer skills into meaningful impact on our culinary team. Learn more about our team at https://careers.epic.com/Jobs/Culinary.

We offer comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy and happy as you grow in your life and career, and your merit-based compensation will reflect the impact your work has on the company and our customers. You'll also be eligible for annual raises and bonuses, as well as stock grants, which give you an even greater stake in the success of Epic and our customers.
