Job Summary (Primary function)

The Sr Analyst CRM and Commercial Applications supports the CRM platform, configurations, business rules, and platform integrations that power daily customer engagement across all Incyte field teams. This includes systems like Veeva, Salesforce, Mobile Locker, Okta, and critical external field applications such as speaker bureau, material ordering, and other external providers used by the field. Responsibilities include day-to-day support of field engagement and insights capture, digital detailing technology, rep triggered email, territory alignments and targeting deployment, sampling, and the technical workflows to enable these activities. This role supports multiple fields teams across the Oncology Business Unit - HemOnc and Solid Tumor sales teams, Thought Leader Liaisons, Oncology Nurse Educator, MSLs, Field Access Managers, and other teams as needed.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

* Hands-on support of the oncology CRM, delivering enhancements and day-to-day support for U.S. Commercial and Medical Affairs. Execute under the direction of the BIS CRM functional lead, coordinating with CRM peers to deliver via a blended model of internal resources, external partners, and onshore/offshore support.

* Responsible for operations, monitoring, and onboarding applications and users in the ecosystem of connected field-applications, internal and external, deployed to all commercial and medical affairs field teams. Systems and applications include OCE CRM (web and app), CART, Mobile Locker, Mosaic/AI, Box, S Phase speaker bureau, Okta, and other key applications.

* Function as a primary point person for field inquiries and triaging issues for BIS internal and field-facing applications (dashboards, Mosaic, CRM, Roster, MDM Portal, Okta, Mobile Locker) facilitate troubleshooting and application navigation.

* Train other department members as necessary, train new hire classes on field-based BIS-support systems and integrated external applications and systems as needed.

* State & Federal Reporting: Work with Compliance, as needed, to prepare and deliver all state/federal required reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).

* Actively contribute to the documentation and testing of operational processes, data integration points, and data service offerings in support of key customers.

* Communicate and work with business subject matter experts and organizational leadership of varying levels.

* Express technical and business concepts, ideas, opinions, and develop conclusions both orally and in writing.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competence)

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent life sciences environment.

* 1 - 3 years of technical experience implementing, enhancing, and managing CRM platforms (Salesforce CRM strongly preferred).

* Demonstrated success collaborating with commercial and medical affairs teams to implement CRM solutions and oversee related platform integrations.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.

* Team-oriented and adaptable, with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
