Job Summary: The Mental Health Clinician is responsible for formulating the plan of care and coordinating treatment for the patient while on inpatient psychiatry. The Clinician is also responsible for treatment plan updates, after care planning and written documentation of the discharge plan, including all treatment interventions provided while the patient was in our care. Able to demonstrate professional flexibility and effectively coordinate high acuity patient care with multiple providers. Provides psychoeducation and skills based psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals receiving care on Inpatient Psychiatry. Daily/weekly evaluation of establish roster of group and individualized to specific patient populations within the milieu. Coordination with the patient care team and development of individual patient therapies. Review and develop of new therapeutic processing groups and techniques to incorporate into existing programming. Outside of direct patient care, the Mental Health Clinician will participate in committees dedicated to improving patient care. Education:
