Laboratory Research Technician The University of Pittsburgh's Renal-Electrolyte Division is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to perform laboratory experiments, sample analysis, as well as maintaining equipment. Duties will include:
We encourage candidates with combination of education and experience as well as possess problem-solving skills and ability to exercise judgement in a variety of situations, but will be under the direct supervision of the PI. Job Summary Performs laboratory testing and some analysis on multiple types of specimen samples. Operates and properly sterilizes equipment and maintains inventory and assists with ordering. Physical Effort Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time. Lift up to 30lbs without assistance.
