Project Services Specialist - Remote (Home Based)

Salary Range: $64,480.00 to $73,000.00 depending on experience

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., is seeking a Project Services Specialist working remotely (home-based) in locations and areas posted. Summary:

Perform activities including but not limited to print assessments, project coordination, analytics & training necessary to ensure successful MFP, MPS and software engagements.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide print assessments for enterprise and SMB customers in ESS, TBS and BTA Channels.
  • Assessments to include but not limited to evaluation of current business state, the definition of business requirements, evaluation of business Perform analytics on assessment data and provide fleet optimization recommendations.
  • Evaluate assessment findings. Identify problematic areas.
  • Assist Solutions Consultants in the development of fleet optimization solutions.
  • Co-create customer-facing deliverables to include SOW/SOS, Encompass and Tableau reports.
  • Present analytics and reports to internal and external customers functionality, architecting solutions, impact on future trends, cost/benefit analysis and documentation of requirements.
  • Coordinate projects as follows: Print assessments, MFD, MPS and software implementations for ESS, TBS & BTA customers.
  • Perform end-user training activities on MFD's, software, analytics dashboards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a combination of the following: Print Assessments, Basic Data Analytics and Project Coordination.
  • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and make sound interpretations and decisions based on analytics gathered.
  • Comfortable working with business systems and tools.
  • Ability to work well with customers and clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
