Summary The Human Capital Management (HCM) Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive reporting solutions that support the strategic and operational imperatives of the HR function. This role involves leading the development and delivery of HCM reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and actionable insights into key workforce metrics such as talent acquisition, employee performance, retention, compensation, and workforce diversity. The HCM Reporting Lead will collaborate with HR, IT and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate requirements to enablement. This role will be critical to establishing initial reporting roadmap as well as ongoing steady state delivery of reporting service delivery model. Duties and Responsibilities
