Here's what you'd do:

• The client is seeking an experienced and passionate PowerBI Developer to join the client.
• The PowerBI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable PowerBI solutions.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Drive innovation to create modern PowerBI dashboards, transforming how teams interact with data.
• Connect to diverse data sources and extract relevant data, ensuring comprehensive and insightful analysis.
• Design and refine data models for analysis, creating a solid foundation for impactful reporting.
• Create interactive reports and dashboards that bring data to life and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored PowerBI solutions that meet their needs.
• Design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Focus on requests to provide detailed and accurate reporting solutions that support decision-making processes and comply with audit requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end process of PowerBI solution development, including data integration, transformation, and modeling.
• Create and optimize complex queries for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights through reports and dashboards.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and performance of PowerBI solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the best PowerBI development and data visualization practices.
• Stay updated with the latest PowerBI features and enhancements, incorporating new functionality into existing solutions.
• Assist in migrating legacy BI systems to PowerBI, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Maintain and update existing PowerBI reports and dashboards based on changing business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.

Pay: $74.98/hr.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Power BI Development.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating complex reports and dashboards, data modeling, and leveraging the full capabilities of the PowerBI platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex business/functional requirements into structured, high-quality PowerBI implementations using a variety of industry-standard approaches.
• Demonstrated advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in PowerBI.
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in PowerBI and related technologies.
• Ability to solicit, gather, document, and analyze system specifications and requirements for PowerBI solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit and review requirements from diverse stakeholders and group sizes.
• Understanding of how PowerBI technologies interact with other systems and services.
