Lathe Operator - Day Shift

Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Lathe Machinist for our client located in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Pay ranges - $14.62 - $25.48 depending on experience

1st Shift - 5a-3p M-Th

Unload, clean and inspect parts

Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity

Maintain logs and other necessary documents

Assist others with machining problems

Work independently with moderate supervision

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- 3+ years machine operation experience

- A.A. degree/Vocational Certification or 2 years experience in addition, or any combination of education and experience

Desired Education, Certifications and Experience

- Ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate safety awareness

- Visual acuity and manual dexterity

- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
