As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Enterprise Storage, you will partner with our SVP of Enterprise Storage to shape, define and execute HR Strategies in support of business objectives. Enterprise Storage is a global organization which enables the success of our entire Go-to-Market organization. This role will be an integrated member of the Enterprise Storage leadership team and will be a strategic voice and influence. This role will play a key role in driving high-impact work to deliver on HR initiatives, optimize talent strategies, foster a high-performance work environment and enable business objectives. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires aptitude and expertise to advise and influence strategically while liaising with the HR CoEs and the broader HR organization to develop and execute the business's programs, processes, and tactical requirements. Qualifications
*At least 12 years of HR experience including demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership, preferably with some experience supporting Enterprise Storage. *Experience leading change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
