Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Cerritos, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with any questions regarding client products and services, describing the product evaluation, and providing repair solutions
  • Utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to access case-related information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for providing customer service, which involves keeping customers informed about the repair process and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Striving to provide an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and communications, both for internal reference and to identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of client products and services, including the ability to explain technical issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Working quickly and efficiently to resolve customer issues within the specified time guidelines set by the client.
  • Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging or angry customers.
  • Being comfortable spending several hours per shift on the phone assisting customers.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation.
  • Being open to performing other job-related duties as assigned, which vary depending on the needs of the department or company.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $17.27 - $26.50 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and can range anywhere between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.

Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in new software tools and conducting internet searches as necessary to assist customers effectively.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to independently provide customer service and offer optimal solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
  • Ability to type 30 words or more per minute.
  • Fluent in 2 or more languages.
  • Previous customer service and/or call center.
  • Thorough knowledge of client products.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to use Internet Software, Word Processing Software (Word), Google Docs Software, and ZenDesk Software.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Call Center experience for electronic products.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Technical background.
  • Ability to solve problems.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The team member frequently lifts or moves up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities needed by this job include close vision and color vision.
