Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education & Experience: High School Degree or Equivalent. 2 years of retail experience, thrift experience and associate degree a plus.
Certifications: Valid Driver's License. Able to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army per Salvation Army Policy. Skills/Abilities: - Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with customers, management and coworkers. - Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of the Point of Sales System; the payroll program and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC. - Ability to give change accurately. - Good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
Supervisory Responsibility: Supports the training and supervision the store staff. Document and provide information requested about direct reports to store manager for a personnel review and corrective action. Review and approve time and attendance for store personnel using the current payroll system. Checks time logs regularly. Following all current regulations and trainings.
