THE JOB:
As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.70

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and bake items like bread, cookies, pastries, and cakes using recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients carefully with tools like scales and measuring cups.
• Use and take care of baking equipment like ovens and mixers.
• Decorate baked goods in a neat and creative way.
• Keep track of supplies and let the manager know when more are needed.
• Clean and organize the kitchen to meet safety rules.
• Try out new recipes to add fresh items to the menu.
• Work with the team to make sure orders are done on time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least 1 year prior experience as Pastry Chef or Baker
• Ability to work 12:00pm- 8:00 Wednesday thru Sunday
• Working knowledge of weights and measurements
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs as part of the physical demands of role.
