The University of Virginia, School of Continuing and Professional Studies seeks a Program Manager to join its Professional and Enrichment Programs (PEP) team.The Program Manager advances the School of Continuing and Professional Studies mission of providing high-quality education designed for working professionals and adult learners. This position supports the implementation of strategic programs to further the school's noncredit, non-degree/certificate, and custom program offerings. This position helps drive the planning and execution of programs, from student-facing events and programs to client engagement. This position plays a vital role in helping the team create a lasting impact with its key stakeholders. The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Relations, who oversees the PEP team and is charged with supporting, developing and delivering primarily noncredit high-quality cohort-based and open enrollment programming in areas like leadership, project management, teambuilding, communication, and more.This position actively collaborates with teams across SCPS including the Financial and Business Operations team and the Student Success and Enrollment Management team. This position is based in-person in Charlottesville, VA. Some travel to other program locations in Virginia may be required. Primary areas of focus for the Program Manager include: Students

This position is located in Charlottesville, VA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The incumbent will be required to travel to and work on site as needed and requested for meetings and/or other programmatic needs.
