Posting Summary
Rutgers School of Health Professions ( SHP) is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant, Per Diem to work in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation & Counseling Professions Department.
The Temporary Research Assistant, Per Diem assists the faculty member in the conduct of the faculty member's program of educational module development and outcome evaluation research.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in developing online learning materials with provided resources by the faculty.
  • Recruit and screen the participants, as well as secure informed consent for participant study participation.
  • Provide trouble-shooting service to the participants for technical issues in the learning modules.
  • Preparation for entry, computer entry, checking and tracking of data, and data analysis under supervision.
  • Provide minor administrative assistance.

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required preferably in a mental health-related field or data management or statistical background.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The candidate should also have prior experience in creating multimedia materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, audio recordings, or video recordings.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, rehabilitation counseling and social work graduate program preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software like Adobe PDF or Photoshop, are preferred.
