We work on advanced algorithms for attribution, measurement, forecasting, and planning that enable organizations to optimize their strategies and drive growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to bring advanced machine learning techniques into production. • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deploy scalable machine learning solutions

• Conduct detailed research and stay updated on the latest trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence

• Optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in software development

• Educational Requirements:

  • Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field, OR

  • Master's degree in these fields with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

• Core Skills:

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

  • Strong expertise in probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of common machine learning algorithms and techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Additional Qualities:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced settings.

  • A passion for staying current with advancements in machine learning and continuous self-improvement.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
