About the role:

Our Service Materials Team in Arden Hills is looking for temporary support (6 month defined term) to run daily activities.

This role is part of a rapidly growing global organization that is responsible to install Capital Equipment in hospitals and ensure support for the hospitals by providing Preventive Maintenance, Upgrades and Repair if required.

Typical activities for the Service Materials Team:

Responsibilities within this role are the planning, procurement, oversight, documentation, and issue resolution of servicematerials and -tools, test and measurement equipment, FRUs and service disposables. The position will ensure service materials are forecasted, planned, procured, available, delivered, documented in the quality system, and available for use by the global technical service organization for installation and service activities. Analyzing global needs for service materials and reporting out to management / global technical services as needed, as well as driving process improvements and issue resolution are essential in this role.

Service Card programming

Shipment processing inbound/outbound

Inventory management

Experience and skills:

* Education level: Higher vocational level

* Experience in planning and/or supply chain is a pre

* Relevant working experience: 1-3 years

* Good knowledge of the English language

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
