We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Senior Program Manager to lead and enhance our Talent Management practices, including Talent Reviews and Promotions programs. In this role, you will design and implement talent programs that foster employee growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support organizational success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by creating scalable and impactful talent practices that align with our company's goals and values. What You'll Do * Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide Talent Management Program, including defining program objectives, strategies, and success measures. Who You Are * A strategic thinker and subject-matter expert. You thrive on developing strategies aligned with your subject matter expertise in talent management and human resources. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
