We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst III. to join our team within the Business Operations Organization. In this role, you will combine critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise to transform raw data into measurable and actionable reports that enable various operational teams to optimize processes, improve performance, and operate with precision and efficiency. Collaborating with cross functional teams, you will design and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, analyze key trends, and provide recommendations that drive measurable improvements across the Operations Organization. This role requires domain expertise in manufacturing and ideally aerospace, who proactively understands the "why" behind the data and use that to design solutions that optimize processes and foster organizational success. This role is central to data-driven decisions and fostering operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who not only meets technical qualifications but also exhibits the intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset needed to elevate the organization to new levels of performance.
