Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • On a project basis, plans and participates in gathering and analyzing information to define project scope, business requirements, process definition, training, testing, and other activities, as well as documentation to support project delivery.
  • Performs routine to complex analysis and research supporting business goals and strategies.
  • Defines and implements modifications to solve problems.
  • Assists in day-to-day project support.
  • Participate in planning and implementing new projects, products, programs, and initiatives to achieve short-and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
  • Assist in developing project roadmaps and plans.
  • Assists in addressing problems/solutions, risks, and issues of any scope and size.
  • Analyses information, determines feasible solutions, and articulates recommendations to the project team.
  • Understand the areas affected by the project, including its functions, processes, and operations.
  • Undertake small and medium-sized efforts, co-coordinating activities and tasks across team and departmental boundaries.
  • Planned and supported the development of communications, test, change management, and training plans to aid in implementing and adopting project deliverables.
  • Adhere to all current standards and procedures, ensuring all efforts are correctly and accurately documented.
  • Suggest enhancements to procedures and standards where necessary.
  • Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls by Company or regulatory standards and policies.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
  • Maintain client's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
  • Mentors junior team members.
  • Gathering and aggregating information from several sources.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $34.91 /hr

Hours: 40 hours/week

Length: Temporary (12 months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management (project role may vary).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in report preparation for multiple audiences using Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience using project management applications(MS Project, Jira).
