Your Opportunity: Taylor Communications, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this position, you will play a big part in maintaining and growing our customers' satisfaction! Your Responsibilities: Act as a direct point of contact for the customer Answer customer questions or concerns via email, phone call, or chat Troubleshoot problems as they occur and find solutions Utilize Microsoft Excel to provide reporting and status updates to our customers Host weekly meetings with the customers and their teams Manage inventory data Some phone queue management - customers call a hotline that goes directly to the support team Your Shift: Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM You Must Have: High school diploma or its equivalent (GED) 2+ years of customer service or customer support experience Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to present and lead group meetings Experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Microsoft Excel Watch our video to learn more! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdXOC8HM-NM About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
