Your Opportunity: Taylor Communications, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this position, you will play a big part in maintaining and growing our customers' satisfaction!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a direct point of contact for the customer

  • Answer customer questions or concerns via email, phone call, or chat

  • Troubleshoot problems as they occur and find solutions

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to provide reporting and status updates to our customers

  • Host weekly meetings with the customers and their teams

  • Manage inventory data

  • Some phone queue management - customers call a hotline that goes directly to the support team

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM

You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent (GED)

  • 2+ years of customer service or customer support experience

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to present and lead group meetings

  • Experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
