We currently have exciting opportunities for RNs to work in our Post Anesthesia Care Units! Ideally, we are looking for full-time staff with a schedule of 36 or 39 hours per week; comprised of 12 hour shifts inclusive of a day/night rotation. There are some weekend and holiday requirements as well.
The Post Anesthesia Care Units at MGH are comprised of 7 individual critical care areas dedicated to the care of adult and pediatric patients preceding and immediately following surgery and/or procedures requiring anesthesia. The unit operates 24 hours per day with Anesthesia and Nurse Practitioner medical coverage. We are looking for a dedicated RN's like you to be a part of our team. - ASN or BSN required, BSN strongly preferred - Massachusetts RN license - Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience. - Previous experience in a critical care environment (ED, ICU, PACU) is strongly preferred, but general care experience will be considered as well. - We cannot consider new graduates at this time.
