Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our security business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving sales success, leading teams, and building strong customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities:



  • Sales Leadership: Meet and exceed territory sales goals by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maximizing customer relationships
  • Change Management: Effectively manage and navigate change with the sales team, ensuring seamless adaptation to evolving market dynamics and business objectives
  • Team Coaching & Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to existing sales team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and enhance overall team performance
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term partnerships with key customers in the Pacific Northwest market, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Team Expansion & Growth: Recruit, develop, and expand the sales team to support business growth and territorial coverage
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with top vendors to foster strategic partnerships, drive product sales, and identify new opportunities for growth


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • Proven success in sales and sales management, with a strong track record of exceeding goals and managing a team
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in or knowledge of the Pacific Northwest market is a plus
  • Experience working in the security technology industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience developing and implementing projects coordination processes and policies


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Sales Leadership, BA degree
  • Security Industry Experience
