The Opportunity: Patient Care Associate - Hemodialysis/Dialysis Unit
Why is this Role Is Important? Nephrology practice includes the care of patients with impairment of renal function associated with complex diseases and disabilities. Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) assists multi-disciplinary health care team by assisting patients with daily living needs, monitoring & reading vital signs, drawing blood, obtaining EKGs.
