Position Title: Maintenance Technician Wage: $30.00 - 32.00/Hour Shift: Weekend Night Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday QPS Employment Group has a great Weekend Night Shift opportunity available for Maintenance Technician at a company in Sheboygan, WI. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: - Repairing operations equipment in a timely manner through root cause analysis - Completing machine enhancement projects - Utilizing maintenance software to track work progress and materials to ensure timely completion of work orders - Collaborating with process improvement and process support to identify and document major equipment issues and establishing plans for corrective actions as well as reduce scrap and increasing productivity - Troubleshooting and repairing all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical knowledge - Occasional tooling fabrication Requirements For Maintenance Technician: - High school diploma or equivalent - 5 years experience in industrial maintenance - Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment efficiency metrics and measures - Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation - PLC experience preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
