Sales Enablement Intern

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Trimble's Sales Enablement team to develop their enablement playbook - a document that captures how and why the enablement team does business.

• Work with subject matter experts to document enablement processes and best practices.

• As needed, coordinate with multiple sales enablement teams to identify those best practices and drive process improvements.

• Identify the best delivery method for the materials, and develop content for those delivery vehicles. (Google Suite, Seismic, web delivery system, short videos, etc.)

• As needed and available, work with other sales enablement team members on projects related to content management and clean up and learning material design and development.

What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Should Bring:

• Basic Experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and multitasking

  • Track record demonstrating attention to detail

  • Technical writing and/or learning development experience.

  • Responsible with time management, collaborates with team and management effectively and solicits feedback to improve performance & growth

• Tools and Technology

  • Proficiency using the Google Suite.

  • Bonus points (but not required) if you have used Asana for Project Management or Seismic for content management.

• Self-Management and Soft Skills

  • Communicates efficiently & proactively, both verbally and in writing

  • Problem-solving and time-management skills

  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in interactions with coworkers, customers, and vendors

  • Takes initiative, anticipating needs and taking responsibility for following through

• Education

  • A Bachelor's degree (complete or in progress) in Instructional Systems Design, Business, Adult Education, Technical Writing or has experience equivalent

What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Could Bring:

• Experience using the Google Suite

• Experience with Project Management tools

• Creating basic web pages

About Your Location

The CES Sales Enablement team is global, with a high concentration of the team sitting in Westminster, Colorado, or Portland, Oregon. The manager for this role is in Colorado.

About Our CES Sales Enablement Division

The CES Sales Enablement team focuses on supporting our Construction Sector, but also serves as a leader within the organization for operational efficiencies, training quality and development of best practices across Trimble. We support sales, sales enablement, product, sales operations and customer service/support teams with regular cross-collaboration into strategic initiatives across the organization.
