Position Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the CVP, Customer Adoption and Enablement. This pivotal role is responsible for building and leading a Customer Change Management Practice and revitalizing and growing our Customer Education Services practice. The successful candidate will drive customer success through innovative strategies that enhance adoption, engagement, and value realization of Blue Yonder solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Customer Adoption and Enablement that aligns with Blue Yonder's business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation and growth of a Customer Change Management Practice to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize customer adoption of Blue Yonder solutions.
  • Revitalize and expand the Customer Education Services practice to deliver exceptional learning experiences and drive customer engagement.

Customer Change Management:

  • Design and execute change management frameworks and methodologies to support customers in navigating organizational changes associated with Blue Yonder solution implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management practices into project delivery and customer success initiatives.

Customer Education Services:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of innovative educational programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and certification programs, to enhance customer knowledge and proficiency.
  • Partner with product management and marketing teams to ensure educational content is aligned with product updates and customer needs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and drive customer-centric initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and guidance on best practices for adoption and enablement.

Performance Management:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of adoption and enablement programs.
  • Continuously assess and refine strategies based on customer feedback and performance data to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to achieve professional growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Change Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on customer adoption, change management, or education services within a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer education and enablement programs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
