About the Job:

The S2P Business Analyst will partner with both business and technology groups to deliver and maintain source to pay system related solutions for the Vulcan enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle fusion cloud and act as a functional expert working with S2P systems such as SAP S2P and/or Oracle S2P.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact to source to pay and operations personnel for source to pay related tasks and questions.
  
• Participate as the core team member in the S2P digital transformation journey.
  
• Ability to translate business questions into problems solving using software solutions.
  
• Responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining approved application changes. To ensure defined and approved business requirements are met, data integrity is maintained and processes are efficient.
  
• Business process testing and Change Management experience a plus.
  
• Provide business process and system support to the S2P team .
  
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within S2P modules and integrations.
  
• Work on assigned IS projects e.g., upgrades, new implementations and enhancements.
  
• Responsible for configuring the system to function as required to meet the business needs.
  
• Provide system support, maintenance and configuration of Vulcan's enterprise S2P platform.
  
• Perform and manage all day-to-day source to pay functions including RICE functional support.
  
• Assist support personnel and business representatives in the development of test plans, training documentation and system documentation.

Skills You'll Need:

Education: Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years' experience in supporting business users with the design, development, testing and implementation of software applications in the field of S2P.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Candidates are required to have skills supporting users and problem solving specifically on ERP (Oracle eBS, Fusion Cloud) systems.

• Experience with designing business solutions and supporting end users in the area of source to pay business applications.
  
• Experience in preparing and delivering workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
  
• Knowledge of Source to Pay (Sourcing, Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Payables, Inventory, Tax) business process.
  
• Complex problem-solving skills including defining the problem, creating and evaluating alternative solutions, testing preferred solutions, assessing and re-testing as necessary.
  
• Experience in documenting, coordinating development, testing and implementation of new or redesigned system functionality and reporting.
  
• Develop and maintain S2P related procedure and training documentation.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teams.
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations.
